The Role

Bluefire Consulting are looking to recruit a Customer Executive to assist with processing operational and commercial documentation along with other administrative based tasks within a worldwide logistics organisation based in their Felixstowe office. The main duties of the role include:
*Ensuring sales invoices are raised in time and all invoices including purchase invoices are sent to the relevant departments and vendors
*Maintaining accurate records in keeping with company procedures
*Improving service levels and development of vendor working processes and operational procedures
*Providing administrative support to the sales team and Branch Manager
*Attending meetings as required and producing reports when requested
*Being self-aware and identifying any training requirements within yourself
*Contributing to company projects

The Candidate

The ideal Customer Service Executive must possess strong communication skills both written and verbal, be a team player and place a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction. The successful Customer Services Coordinator must have a background working in large operations in a customer service team ideally within a Logistics organization.
