The Role

Bluefire Consulting are looking to recruit a knowledgeable Customer Service Manager to ensure high quality customer care is delivered to top tier customers based in their Felixstowe head office. Reporting directly into the Head of Customer Care, the main duties of the role include:
*Leading a customer care team to ensure timely delivery of customer service commitments
*Ensuring the team has an up to date knowledge of contracts and their terms and conditions with the view of delivering on these to customers
* Working with the Head of Customer Care to ensure there are practices in place to measure performance within the team
*Setting KPI'S and updating the team on their performance on a regular basis in order to improve team performance
*Monitoring and recording the performance of the customer service team and reporting any issued into Head of Customer Care
*Contributing to adhoc business projects as requested by line manager

The Candidate

The ideal Customer Service Manager will have demonstrated strong leadership in a customer service environment within a large organization and have a proven track record in managing a team. The successful Customer Service Manager will come from a commercial background ideally within shipping and be competent in the use of Microsoft packages. You must be a confident, analytical self-starter with the ability to build customer relationships.
