WHAT IS THE JOB DOING?

This is an integral role within the HR department where you will be working within close conjunction to the HR Business Partners to proactively drive all recruitment processes to ensure business needs are met. Key duties of the role include:

* Advertising vacancies and liaising with Managers and key stakeholders to arrange interviews and other selection testing requirements
* Developing good relationships with external agencies and recruitment suppliers
* Making offers to successful candidates and direct sourcing of candidates
* Ensuring all HR systems are up to date and accurate with required information i.e. absence, leavers, new starters
* Liaising with HR Partners to diarise HR activity such as probationary reviews, FTC end dates etc
* Issuing all HR paperwork such as contracts, changes of employee details, amendment to contracts
