The Role

Bluefire Consulting are looking to recruit a knowledgeable Airfreight Customer Executive to assist with processing operational and commercial documentation along with other administrative based tasks within a worldwide logistics organisation based out of their Feltham, Heathrow office. Reporting directly into the Airfreight Operations Manager, the main duties of the role include:

*Ensuring sales invoices are raised in time and all invoices including purchase invoices are sent to the relevant departments and vendors

*Maintaining accurate records in keeping with company procedures

*Maximising service levels and development of vendor working processes and operational procedures to ensure a satisfactory service level is met at the lowest possible cost
*Providing administrative support such as the creation of statistics and reports as and when required
*Assisting the sales team with customer specific quotations and other sales administrative support functions
*Being self-aware and identifying any training requirements within yourself
*Contributing to company projects

The Candidate

The ideal Airfreight Customer Service Executive must possess strong communication skills both written and verbal, be a team player and place a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction. The successful Airfreight Customer Service Executive must have a background working in large operations in a customer service team within air freight.
