Job Description

Bluefire Consulting are recruiting for an experienced Hire Desk Controller/Account Manager to look after a busy site office in Grantham, Lincolnshire. Main duties will involve:
· Facilitate sales within the hire desk
· Deal with client enquiries and resolving issues
· Take charge of order process for equipment hire
· Ensure all order receipts, PO generation and order placements are coordinated with delivery of equipment
· Provide guidance and information to customers on equipment and processes
· Advising and demonstration of equipment
· Build customer relationships to retain existing business and maximise sales
· Production of management reports for client and management
· Keeping up to date with equipment

Previous experience within the tool hire/plant hire industry is essential for this role. The successful Hire Controller/Account Manager must be able to demonstrate knowledge of a range to tool hire equipment and the ability to build customer relations. Own transport will be required due to location.
