LOCATION: Hampshire, Berkshire and M4 Corridor territory

SALARY: £34k basic salary + bonus (approximate OTE £55k) + car

We are looking for an ambitious, money motivated Area Sales; Business Development Manager who can effectively develop new business relationships whilst providing strong focus on customer care to foster customer loyalty.

You will be working within one of the South's most experienced teams in Network Security and Fire, reporting directly into the Sales Director. Initially hired as a Sales Administrator she has developed successful sales and marketing campaigns to become Sales Director. With a proven record of not only securing new business but developing long term business relationship which has resulted in consecutive opportunities for the company.
Another key member of the sales team is Company Director and Business Owner who has a very hands on approach to this role. He has developed major customers and continues working on a smaller selection of electrical contractors.
Working in a long standing sales team of 5 this is a fantastic opportunity for an Area Sales; Business Development Manager to join a market leading, stable organisation offering the change to earn and excellent salary.


WHAT IS THE JOB DOING?

As an Area Sales; Business Development Manager you will be responsible for identifying and prospecting new business. You will be able to combine a clear focus on a number of enquiries from existing fire and security customers and expanding your customer base.
You will be putting together detailed quotes and preparing tenders for electrical contractors within the construction industry.
Your results will be measured on order generation and achievement against sales targets which you will be rewarded for financially.
As a core member of the team, you will be expected to work autonomously and deliver on sales targets. We will help you achieve your goals by continuous professional development.
