The Role
Bluefire Consulting are recruiting for a Graduate Trainee Depot Manager to be based in one of our client's depots in Hartlepool. You will be working for a national waste management company and will undergo a thorough training period throughout various departments to ultimately become an Operational or Commercial Manager.

Initially this role will involve working in all divisions such as the weighbridge, the yard, the commercial and administration offices to learn every aspect of the business from operational and procedural through to legal and commercial. Upon completion of the scheme Depot Managers will be responsible for all health, safety and environmental issues on site in addition to stock control, administration, various HR issues and full operational management.

Working hours:Monday - Friday; 7am - 5pm
Saturday; 7am - 12pm

The Candidate
As a successful Graduate Trainee Depot Manager to must be educated to degree level ideally within an engineering, construction, environmental or technical discipline. Previous knowledge of health and safety, logistics and stock control would be beneficial. You must be able to demonstrate the ability to manage and supervise a range of staff and take on new information quickly.

A full driving licence and a car is essential for this role.
