The Role

Bluefire Consulting are recruiting for an experienced Sales Executive; Business Development Manager to manage existing retail accounts and source new business throughout the South East region including; Portsmouth, Isle of White, West Surrey and South Sussex area for one of our highly successful clients within the gift industry.
This is an externally based role and main duties will involve:
*Actively maintaining efficient coverage across the area to ensure all existing account potential is maximised
*Developing and instigating prospecting campaigns within the territory to generate new business
*Installing and controlling points of sale and product displays
*Ordering stock and monitoring levels across the territory
*Developing a Regional Sales Coordinator
*Compiling and presenting reports to the Regional Sales Manager

The Candidate

As a successful Sales Executive; Business Development Manager you must be able to demonstrate a successful track record in field sales selling into retailers in addition to a knowledge of merchandising. The ideal Sales Executive; Business Development Manager will have a strong background in supplying giftware products. Educated to A Level standard (or equivalent) you should have excellent communication and negotiation skills and be confident organising your own time and motivating staff.

Owing to the nature of the role a full UK driving licence is essential.
