Salary: £16k - £18k (dependent upon experience)

The Role
Bluefire Consulting are recruiting for a Credit Controller/Collections Agent to collect lapsed business payments over the phone for a merchant services rental company based in Haydock, Merseyside.
Main duties will include:
*Contacting business customers who have missed payments
*Chasing debt by telephone
*Processing and generating letters in line with company guidelines
*Negotiating payments
*Advising customers of payment terms
*Taking payments over the phone

The Candidate
You will have proven credit control or collections experience in addition to excellent communication and negotiation skills. Credit Controllers or Collection Agents who have experience within a lease hire environment would be of particular interest.

Owing to the location of the site you must have access to your own transportation.

The Opportunity
Our client is a well-established lease hire company who have a strong focus on customer service and product quality. You will be joining a small, friendly credit control team who build up excellent working relationships with all customers to ensure an ongoing, profitable cooperation.
