The Role

Bluefire Consulting are looking to recruit an enthusiastic PA; Administration Coordinator keen to develop a career in executive support within a successfully expanding marketing agency based in the Hayes area of London. Reporting directly in the Managing Director the main duties of the role include;
*Providing administrative support to the Board of Directors
*Scheduling business meeting for the MD and Sales Director
*Making travel and accommodation arrangements as instructed
*Acting as a point of contact and screening Director phone calls
*Accompanying the Directors in fort nightly key client meetings within the North West area and adhoc international meetings if required
*Reporting on meeting activity and taking action notes
*Issuing purchase orders and invoices, providing support to the Bookkeeper
*Providing adhoc administrative support to the office

The Candidate

The successful PA; Administration Coordinator will poses strong organisation skills and have held a supporting role within an office environment. You must be a confident communicator and be competent in the use of all Microsoft packages. The ideal PA; Administration Coordinator will have a background I supporting senior members of staff and be comfortable at managing the invoicing process.
