The Role

Bluefire Consulting are looking to recruit am ambitious Telesales; Business Development Executive keen to develop a career in client management within a successfully expanding outsourced sales and marketing agency based in the Hayes area of London. Reporting directly into the Sales Director, the main duties of the role include:
*Researching and contacting potential new clients and developing new business relations
*Maintaining proactive telephone contact and nurturing prospective clients
*Updating sales activity on the CRM database
*Maximising sales at every opportunity
*Achieve and exceed sales targets
*Ensure KPIs are always met

The Candidate

You should be a self-starter with entrepreneurial flair with an outgoing personality. You must be goal orientated and money motivated with the ability to perform under pressure. The successful Telesales; Business Development Executive must be able to demonstrate excellent communication and negotiation skills and maintain a strong positive mental attitude. You must be a team player with a strong desire to excel in a performance related environment. Previous sales experience is essential preferably within business to business sales.
