Job Title: Leisure Development Manager (Marketing)
Location: Hemel Hempstead (with travel as required throughout UK)
Salary: £25,000-£35,000 plus bonus

The Role:

As the Leisure Development Manager you will be reporting to the Marketing Manager and will be responsible for managing margin growth and budget for the camping holiday and leisure division. Based in Hemel Hempstead, the main duties will include:

* Sourcing new brand partners to maximise off-peak occupancy and revenue
* Liaise with Site Managers to maximise and drive on-ark sales, local marketing opportunities and pricing
* Producing profiles for each touring Park and price and benchmark them against local and key competitors and ensure competitor analysis is maintained
* Setting pricing, budgets and campaign offers and monitoring performance for growth and revenue generation
* Production of monthly summary reports highlighting issues, recommendations and leagues tables
* Implementing a customer loyalty programme
* Developing an annual marketing plan that will focus on operational objectives, campaigns, marketing strategy and recommendations to drive the brand forward
* Create strategies to maximise the effect of online and offline marketing

The Candidate:

Previous Marketing and Sales management experience with budget responsibility is required. A degree in Marketing, Business or equivalent is preferable. The successful Leisure Development Manager must be able to demonstrate the ability to demonstrate excellent communication and literacy skills and the ability to work under pressure is required. A background in leisure is preferred but not essential. A full, clean driving licence is required as travel and some overnight stays will be required.
