Are you an enthusiastic Office Administrator/ Finance Assistant who wants to work for a well-established architectural firm based out of their busy Heathrow/ Hounslow office? We are looking for a tenacious Office Administrator who to support both the Practice Manager and Finance Manager in day to day operations.


WHO WILL YOU BE WORKING FOR?

An award winning RIBA Chartered Practice of Architects involved in residential, commercial and aviation projects. The practice was established over 20 years ago and have been involved in some renowned projects in the UK and internationally. The combined specialisms of the 2 co-directors has led to their success across various market sectors including; airport, media, hospitality, leisure, sport and residential. Not only are they involved in new build projects but in recent years were awarded by the LABC for the renovation of a building earning them the credible award of "Best Change of use of an existing building" just one of their many success'.

WHAT IS THE JOB DOING?

This is a dual role where you will be supporting the Finance Manager with bookkeeping, inputting figures using SAGE accountancy software on a daily basis. As well as supporting the finance department you will be tasked with manning the reception area, coordinating calls and visitors and general management of office supplies and facilities. You will also be responsible for ensuring all files are up to date and accurate for auditing as well as carrying adhoc tasks for the Practice Manager.
As a core member of the team, you will be expected to work autonomously and be able to work as part of a team. This is a really exciting opportunity which combines administration and bookkeeping.
