Job Title:Administration & Payroll Assistant
Location:Kings Hill, Kent
Salary:£15-£17k plus annual bonus

The Role
Bluefire Consulting are recruiting for an Administration & Payroll Assistant to support the payroll and sales team for a busy professional services company based in Kings Hill, Kent. The position offers training and great scope for development and main duties will initially include:
*answering telephone queries from clients and customers
*directing calls and messages
*updating and maintaining the customer database
*assisting the payroll team
*developing payroll and accounting skills
*managing post and filing of confidential documentation
*photocopying, scanning and faxing documents
*ad hoc office duties as required

The Candidate
As a successful Administration & Payroll Assistant applicant you must be well-presented and have an excellent telephone manner as a large part of your role will be dealing with people over the phone. You must be confident, ambitious and sociable with excellent communication and organisation skills. Educated to GCSE standard (or equivalent) with a high standard of literacy and numeracy you will be keen to work hard as part of a highly successful team.

Owing to the location of the role you must possess a full UK driving licence and your own transport.
