Job Description

Bluefire Consulting are recruiting for a Sales Executive to work within the leisure/hospitality industry for our client based in Kent. Main duties will include:

* Cold calling in order to generate new business
* Presenting to potential clients
* Liaising with the client from booking to event completion
* Identifying new business opportunities
* Promoting a range of products and services
* Assisting in the delivery of events hospitality
* Keeping database up to date and ensuring all information is logged correctly
* Researching appropriate contacts and gathering information on requirements for corporate hospitality events, meeting rooms etc
* Liaising with different departments in order to arrange client requirements
* Attending events and providing excellent customer service
* Processing Invoices efficiently and ensuring payment is received prior to event
* Attending exhibitions as required
* Building excellent relationships with clients
* Resolving enquiries over the phone and by email
* Completing after-sales calls
* Assist the General Manager in the production of Marketing materials
* General administration tasks
* Showing clients round the venue as required

The successful Sales Executive must have proven sales experience and be confident cold calling in order to generate new business. Ideally candidates will have sales experience in the hospitality/leisure industry and have excellent administration skills. All applicants must be confident in building relationships with clients and be confident presenting to potential clients. Flexibility with hours of work is essential as there will be the need to attend events and exhibitions.
