Location:Kirkcaldy, Fife
Salary:£7.50 per hour (permanent position)

The Role
Bluefire Consulting are recruiting a Commercial/Sales Administrator to provide support to the sales and operational staff within a busy recycling depot based in Kirkcaldy, Fife. This fast-paced, customer facing role is a great opportunity to gain experience in a large organisation with the chance to progress.
The main duties of the role include:
*Providing administration support to sales team and liaising with clients
* Answering phones within the office and dealing with suppliers
* Updating and maintaining the customer database
* Raising supplier payments and dealing with accounts and invoice queries
* Producing management reports
* Other ad hoc administration duties as required

Working hours:Monday - Friday; 8am - 6pm
Saturday; 8am - 1pm

The Candidate
You must have previous administration experience, ideally within a sales environment, and be confident dealing with customers and supplies both face to face and over the telephone. The ability to demonstrate excellent attention to detail, strong MS Office and communication skills are essential. Experience within a manufacturing or production industry is preferred.

A full, UK driving licence is required.
