The Role

Bluefire Consulting are looking to recruit a part-time Admissions Officer/ Administrator to provide administrative assistance within an established care home in the Headingley Leeds area. The main duties of the role include:
*Processing documents required for admission of new residents
*Entering in residents information accurately and in a timely manner
*Managing the filing of sensitive personal information
*Proactively securing funding for the not for profit organisation
*Keeping in touch with potential clients
*Assisting accounts in the following up of invoices

The Candidate

The successful Admissions Officer/ Administrator will have a strong working knowledge of working within a social care organisation. You must be computer literate and be a team player. The ideal Admissions Officer/ Administrator will have dealt with admission documentation before and be able to display a keen enthusiasm for working in a not for profit organisation.
