This exciting opportunity will involve generating new business and maintain existing client relationships with key decision makers within the UK's most prestigious conveyancing solicitors across a territory covering the north of England.

Location: North of England (preferably based near Leeds/North Yorkshire)
Salary: £40k basic salary plus benefits and bonus (Realistic OTE £103k)

The Role

Bluefire Consulting are recruiting for an experienced business development executive/external salesperson for one of their international clients working in the real estate insurance sector covering the North of England. This exciting opportunity will involve generating new business and maintain existing client relationships with key decision makers within the UK's most prestigious conveyancing solicitors across a territory covering the north of England.

Main duties will include:
*Devising and implementing an effective sales strategy and delivering the residential property strategy throughout the territory
*Generating leads and prospecting for business amongst key decision makers within the relevant sector
*Developing and maintaining relationships with clients
*Analyse and negotiate business contracts in line with due diligence procedures
*Providing regular sales reports
*Maintaining product knowledge and competitor awareness throughout the territory

The Candidate

The successful Business Development Executive must be able to demonstrable sales record of overachieving targets, particularly in the legal, banking or property investment sectors, is required for the role. An understanding of residential property markets will also be considered highly desirable. The ideal Business Development Executive must possess a professional attitude, effective time management and a target-driven ethos in addition to excellent presentation and negotiation skills.

As the role covers a large area a full, valid UK driving licence and own car is necessary for this role although a substantial car allowance is provided.
