Bluefire Consulting are recruiting for an Area Manager to be responsible for the support and development of our client's Educational Centres. This position will be based in Leeds but will cover the surrounding geographical area.

Bluefire Consulting are recruiting for an Area Manager to be responsible for the support and development of our client's Educational Centres. This position will be based in Leeds but will cover the surrounding geographical area. Main duties will involve:
* Proactively manage all aspects of centre development to ensure all centres in your area meet growth and quality targets
* Maintain close working relationships with all Instructors throughout the assigned area
* Regularly visit all centres with the assigned area and provide management information on performance levels and proposals on improvement areas
* Provide support and guidance for Instructors
* Responsibility for training, presentations and meetings for Instructors
* Monitor instructors performance and conduct to ensure quality and service standards are met
* Run a Centre as an Instructor as and when required
* Work closely with the Regional Manager to identify any concerns regarding Centre development and implement change
* Maintain thorough product knowledge and ensure professional self-development is ongoing
* Produce, monitor and review accurate records, including statistical information
* To carry out project work as and when required i.e. assisting in conference organisation
Proven experience in a relevant field such as training, teaching or coaching is required. The successful applicant must be able to demonstrate experience of working with children and preparing, managing and monitoring innovative projects/programmes that meet and exceed targets. A degree, or equivalent, qualification is required. Experience of working within an educational environment and knowledge of the local educational system is preferred but not essential. A full, UK driving licence is absolutely essential for this role.
