We are looking for a talented and experienced HR professional who can deliver a sound HR service across the Company's sites, generating initiatives that can build on what has been achieved so far. The business is one that values visibility and positive interaction at all levels and there is a real 'walk the job' culture.

You will need to be well versed across the full range of HR activities including TUPE, performance management and employment law in an industrial setting. Sound professional advisory skills, sensitivity to an established and successful culture and a clear understanding how enlightened HR policies can underpin business success, will all be sought in the successful candidate. A background within an industrial, manufacturing or distribution environment would be of particular interest. This role will involve travelling to other company sites as required to provide a visible and hands-on HR function. CIPD qualificaiton or part qualified, or equivalent, is required.
