Job Title: Internal Telesales; Customer Service Executive
Salary: £16,750 - £19,500 basic salary plus benefits
Location: Leeds

The Role:
Bluefire Consulting are looking to recruit a knowledgeable Internal Telesales; Customer Service Executive in the retail sector to join a busy team apart of a worldwide supplier of automotive electrical parts into the retail sector in their central Leeds office. Reporting directly into the Internal Sales Manager the main duties of the role include;
*dealing with inbound enquiries from existing accounts ion relations to order queries
*making outbound calls to existing and new clients to follow up on sales enquiries
*providing support to the sales team by liaising with existing accounts
*processing sales orders via telephone/email and inputting new orders
*upselling to clients placing orders whenever possible
*updating the CRM database to show status of accounts and record all activity
*liaising with carriers over delivery queries
The Candidate:
The successful Internal Telesales; Customer Service Executive will have a strong background din customer service and be competent in the use of Microsoft packages, in particular Microsoft Excel. You must be able to operate in a fast paced team orientated environment and be a team player. The ideal Internal Telesales; Customer Service Executive will have knowledge of using SAGE software and an interest automotive products/ cars.

The Package:
£16,750-£19,500 basic salary (dependent upon experience)
28 days annual leave including statutory holidays rising each year up to 33 days
