Salary:£25-£30k pro rata (part time 3 days a week)

The Role

Bluefire Consulting are looking to recruit a knowledgeable Learning and Development Manager to facilitate growth and progression within a well-established, multi-disciplined marketing firm based in the Ottely, Leeds Yorkshire area. Working on a part time basis on a 3 day the main duties of the role include:
*Identifying training requirements within the various teams within the business
*Evaluating training documentation and procedures across the business on a regular basis
*Creating training plans and documentation throughout offering clear delivery instruction
*Monitoring the delivery of training courses and providing constructive feedback
*Sourcing appropriate learning and development materials and outsourced trainers
*Advising HR on performance management and recruitment process

The Candidate

The successful Learning and Development Manager will have a passion about leaning and development with a strong background of training people at various levels. You must be a great people manager and have knowledge in creating training materials as well being confident in the delivery. The ideal Learning and Development Manager will have held a similar role previously although a HR background biased in training and development will also be considered. A CIPD or training qualification would also be desirable.

The Package

£25-£30k pro rata salary dependent on experience
24 days annual leave (pro rata)

Working hours: 3 days a week 9-5:30pm
