Job Description

Bluefire Consulting are recruiting for an experienced Team Administrator to provide a full administrative support service for our client based in Leeds. Main duties will involve:

* Provide a full administrative support to members of the regional team
* Efficiently and professionally deal with telephone/fax, email and post enquiries and distribute items accordingly
* Maintaining and updating the departmental databases as required
* Producing letters and other general correspondence as and when required
* Provide a professional reception/meet and greet service for visitors in the office
* Taking minutes of meetings and distribute as and where required
* Taking messages and passing information for members of team out the office
* Assist in making travel arrangements, including booking flights, trains and accommodation
* Taking responsibility for regional event co-ordination as directed
* Researching and providing statistical information as needed by the Regional Manager
* Training new members of staff if required

Previous experience within a busy administration role is essential. The successful Team Administrator must have good attention to detail and have working knowledge of all Microsoft office packages including Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook and Databases. A professional manner and the ability to work without supervision are required for this role. A full UK driving licence and the willingness to travel to other offices throughout the UK and overseas as and when required is essential.
