The Role
Bluefire Consulting are recruiting for an Administrator to oversee the office function and support the senior management team for an engineering company based in central Liverpool. Main duties of the role will include:
*managing office administration
*overseeing stock inventory
*taking calls from customers
*providing quotes and sales information where required
*scheduling engineers and subcontractors on to site
*booking senior management travel and accommodation

The Candidate
As a successful Administrator you must be able to demonstrate previous administration experience preferably within a technical environment such as engineering, manufacturing or IT.

You will need an excellent telephone manner plus impeccable written and verbal communication skills with high levels of literacy and numeracy. Only Administrator candidates with GCSE (or equivalent) grades C or above in English and Mathematics will be considered. Any accountancy or finance qualification, such as AAT, would be viewed as highly beneficial.

The Opportunity
Our client is the sole UK distributor of high specification engineering equipment. They are a small, close knit group and are looking for a team player who is happy to develop their technical knowledge to help streamline processes and push the business forward to continued expansion.
