Administrator / Accounts Assistant

Liverpool City Centre

£18,000 to £25,000 pa pro rata + holidays + pension + bonus

Opportunity

This is an opportunity with an immediate start to join a leading recruitment agency working from grade 1 offices in Exchange Flags in the heart of Liverpool's business district.

Working within a fast paced environment this will initially be on a 3 months rolling contract basis whilst we seek to appoint this mission critical position on a permanent basis.

Role

Interim administrator / finance / accounts assistant required for immediate start. Duties include answering the telephone, speaking with customers and suppliers, providing administration support, processing of invoices, weekly payroll and overseeing credit control.

Candidate

Knowledge of accounts/payroll software such as Sage and Superpay would be brilliant, and being a superstar with Excel and other Microsoft Office applications would be even better! It's essential that technology and finance hold no fear for you and you will possess excellent written communication skills with a well spoken telephone manner. Above all we are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic and proactive person to join our team.

Established over 20 years ago, we are a boutique, award winning recruitment business based in superb offices in Exchange Flags in the heart of Liverpool's business district and this role is working for Bluefire ourselves rather than one of our end clients.

Excellent hourly rate dependant on experience, with the opportunity of permanent employment if required. Standard hours are 8.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Thursday and 8.30am to 5pm on a Friday (39.5 hours per week) however flexible working would be considered.
