Location:Liverpool city centre with occasional travel nationwide
Salary:£25k basic salary + bonus (Realistic OTE £5-£7k on top)

The Role

Based out of their Liverpool city centre office, we are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to help continue the expansion of a leading family run, debt recovery business for professional services worldwide.


Who will you be working for?

Our client is a reputable market leader within the debt recovery and financial services with operations nationwide and internationally, with over 20 years' experience they have a great credit rating with over 10,000 long standing clients. They operate an open honest policy and are a full member of the Credit Services Association. As a debt recovery specialist they are fully FCA regulated and pride themselves on the ability to, "collect the uncollectable" by taking a tailored approach to each case.

You will have the confidence in selling a service of industry specialists who have access to a bespoke state of the art system that has been developed over 10 years, specifically in order to pin point data required for them to carry out the best possible job for the company's clients. What is the job doing?

Bluefire Consulting are looking to recruit a tenacious sales professional to assist in growing the business clientele of professional services across multiple sectors nationwide.
The main duties of the role include:
* Following up on business leads provided by various marketing operations and established financial bodies
*Identifying and prospecting new business in specific target sectors, expanding the client base nationwide
*Accompanying the Sales Manager on visits to key client on a quarterly basis and eventually taking full responsibility of accounts
*Negotiating the best deal for the business with key decision makers
*Monitoring sales performance and reporting monthly activity
*Keeping up to date with product knowledge and competitors
*Maximising sales opportunities whenever possible

The Candidate

The ideal Business Development Manager must have a proven business to business sales background, selling to professional services, ideally with knowledge of debt recovery services. A successful Business Development Manager will be comfortable in all areas of the sales process and be able to demonstrate negotiation skills in the interview process. Our client is looking for a strong communicator and organiser who is able to exceed sales targets.
