Bluefire Consulting are looking to recruit for a Case Administrator to provide administrative support to a team of Case Officers and Managers within their Bootle, Liverpool, Merseyside head office.
WHO WILL YOU BE WORKING FOR?
A nationwide organisation with strong presence with not for profit business' who believe in the protection of vulnerable groups. Concerned with the welfare of UK registered charities they provide guidance and support regarding charitable activities enabling the public to support not for profit groups with confidence. Currently they are undergoing a period of change and development in order to improve efficiency and policies within the business. They operate a flexible environment for its employees and utilise hot desking practices allowing staff to work from home, when appropriate.
WHAT IS THE JOB DOING?
You will be tasked with supporting a professional monitoring team that is focused on ensuring compliance is maintained. You will be responsible for organising yourself managing your own workload in your own time. Supporting the team you must be highly organised and be comfortable handling confidential data. Acting as a key member of the department, you will be required to accompany Investigators to meetings which may on occasion include overnight stays. The main responsibility of the post will be to support Case Managers with their cases as required, including handling telephone calls, recording information and undertaking research. Other tasks include providing support at compliance inspection visits and meeting with charity representatives, taking minutes at meetings and helping collate and analyse statistics.

You will be an essential administrative supporting function to the business and will be tasked with providing timely and accurate information to the management team and maintaining casework spreadsheets.

Previous administration experience with a proven track record of carrying out research and managing a personal workload is essential. Previous minute-taking experience is preferred. Strong organisational skills, meticulous record keeping and robust analytical skills are essential.

This post will require reasonable travel to take notes at client visits, for which travel and subsistence costs are reimbursed.
You must have a DBS check done before commencing this position.
