The Role

Bluefire Consulting are recruiting for an experienced Commercial Sales Manager to join an established market leading supplier of leads into the automotive sector within their modern Liverpool city centre office. This role offers an excellent opportunity to play a fundamental part within a company that is hitting significant growth and to ensure growth plans are met in 2016 and beyond.
Main duties will include:
* Managing a small sales team and supporting the sales executives to ensure SLA's and KPI's are met
* Building rapport with third party clients to ensure relationships are built at all levels
* Analysing and interpreting data on all aspects of the teams, partners and overall brand performance to ensure all reporting is accurate and at the level required
* Collating statistics and information from a wide range of sources to ensure best solutions are delivered to the customer
* Ensuring quality of sales is maintained and coaching is provided as required
* Ensuring team targets are met within a fast-paced environment

The Candidate

Previous sales management/commercial management experience within a call centre environment is essential. Demonstrable experience of analysing and managing data to ensure KPI's and SLA's are met is a pre-requisite. The successful Commercial Sales Manager must be able to demonstrate proven experience of managing a team to hit activity and sales targets and have the ability to drive new business. Analytical skills are paramount in this role.
