WHAT IS THE JOB DOING?

This is an integral role in the customer service department, you will act as a brand ambassador of the company to ensure client's bookings are looked after professionally. Key duties of the role include:

*Dealing with client enquires over the phone and via email
*Providing advice and information on services and pricing
*Inputting order information and raising all necessary paperwork
*Looking after a client's booking from initial enquiry through to delivery
*Managing all direct customer feedback and enquiries
*Managing daily operations to ensure customers' needs are met
*Being self- aware and identifying training needs within yourself


As a core member of the team, you will be expected to work autonomously and act as an ambassador for the company. This is a really exciting opportunity where the "world is your stage".
