Job Description

Bluefire Consulting are recruiting for an experienced Customer Services Representative (Imports) to provide for highest level of customer service to clients within the shipping sector. Based in Liverpool, main duties will involve:
* Dealing with client enquiries via phone and email
* Preparing customer bookings for shipment via cargo database
* Entering order information and raising all necessary shipment paperwork
* Ensuring client's orders are dealt with from initial enquiry through to delivery
* Managing all direct customer feedback and enquiries
* Managing daily operations to ensure customer needs are met

Previous experience within customer-facing and account management roles is essential. The successful Customer Service Representative must be able to demonstrate strong customer service and administration skills with the ability to work under pressure. A shipping or business related degree, or equivalent, would be preferable. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office is required.
