Job Title: Customer Shipment Manager/Customer Service Manager
Location: Liverpool, Merseyside
Salary: £35,000 plus benefits

The Role:
As the Customer Shipment Manager/Customer Service Manager you will be fully responsible for the performance of a customer service team, including delivery of customer experience. Based in Liverpool, the main duties will include:

* Using effective leadership to ensure team provides proactive account management
* Guiding and leading the team to drive forward established customer service processes
* Conducting regular performance review meetings and appraisals to motivate and engage the team
* Continuously monitor the customer experience and review team performance against KPI's and targets
* Act as first point of escalation for issues or problems encountered by team members
* Looking at existing working practices to have a continuous improvement mind-set
* Coaching and developing individual team members

The Candidate:
Previous experience within a Customer Service management role is essential. Experience within the Shipping field is preferred but not essential. The successful Customer Shipment Manager/Customer Service Manager will have strong commercial awareness with a passion for customer satisfaction and have excellent leadership, coaching and mentoring skills. You must be able to demonstrate the ability to communicate at all levels and use persuasion skills as required.
