Bluefire Consulting are recruiting for an experienced Data Entry Assistant/SAP Administrator to work within the logistics department for our Speke, Liverpool based client.


Job Description

Bluefire Consulting are recruiting for an experienced Data Entry Assistant/SAP Administrator to work within the logistics department for our Speke, Liverpool based client to provide holiday cover. Main duties will involve:
* Entering management information accurately into SAP and Excel
* Completing purchase orders as required
* Providing general administration support and office duties
* Record despatch and delivery information
* Carry out warehouse checks on the factory floor for stock and deliveries
* Assisting with the stocktaking procedure
* Collating and producing statistical information
* Assisting in labelling in the warehouse area if required

Previous SAP administration and working knowledge of Excel software is essential for this role. A background within Logistics and a good telephone manner is required for this role. An automotive background is preferred but not essential.
