Job Title: HR Implementation Coordinator/Purchaser (HR)
Location: Liverpool, Merseyside
Salary: circa £30,000 (DOE)
6 month fixed-term contract

The Role:
As the HR Implementation Coordinator you will be overseeing a HR database migration project. The main duties will include:

* Assisting in the writing of tender specification to go out to market
* Assisting in the assessment of the bids and liaising with suppliers to ensure the successful choice fits the HR business requirements
* Liaising with the new supplier on the resulting data migration project from current database to new one
* Liaising with the new supplier on setting up all the new work-flows and business alerts in the new system
* Ensuring all hierarchies and structural organisational issues are set up on the new system
* Assessing future requirements to ensure all data migration is handled effectively


The Candidate:
Previous HR background with an understanding of HR practices and processes and proven experience of overseeing a similar project. The successful HR Implementation Coordinator must be able to demonstrate experience of dealing with procurement and bids and have similar experience of managing a data migration project. Experience of working within a civil service/public sector environment is a preferred but not essential. Frequent travel within overnight stays will be required for this role.
