This is initially a 12 month Fixed Term Contract for someone to provide a customer-focused HR service within a fast-paced environment:

The Role
Bluefire Consulting are looking to recruit a HR Business Partner to work with the Group HR Manager to provide a full HR service across all regional sites. Based in Northampton but with regular travel to other regions, the main duties will include:
* Building strong relationships with Site Managers
* Carrying out to HR business strategy
* Supporting managers with ER issues such as disciplinary, grievances and absence management
* Liaising with staff and leading employee involvement forums
* Ensuring all managers are fully supported with recruitment
* Assisting managers in sourcing candidates and managing the recruitment process through to the appointment process being completed
* Recording accurately all HR information
* Assisting the Group HR Manager to ensure all company policies and procedures are in line with current employment law
* Acting as primary point of contact for all employee related queries concerning HR within your region


The Candidate
A proven HR Business Partner background with the ability to work across multiple sites is essential. We are looking for someone who have demonstrable experience in HR projects, change management and has experience of managing employee forums. The successful HR Business Partner will have excellent written & verbal communication skills and hold part or full CIPD qualification, or equivalent. A background within logistics or manufacturing organisation is preferred, but not essential.

Due to the travel involved in this role a full UK driving licence is essential.
