The Role

Bluefire Consulting are looking to recruit an enthusiastic Sales Administrator/ PA to join a well-established market leader in debt recovery financial services within their Liverpool office to support the sales team and Managing Director.
Reporting to the Managing Director the main duties of the role include:
*Taking in-bound sales enquiries and passing them on the sales team
*Entering in new clients onto the CRM and updating actions of existing accounts
*Creating sales documentation to be sent out to the client
*Following up on prospective clients with required actions
*Liaising with clients providing them with customer service support
*Providing adhoc administrative support to the business development team
*Providing PA services and achoc support to the Managing Director

The Candidate

The ideal Sales Administrator; PA will have a strong administrative background and be comfortable communicating with all levels of people within an organization. You must be highly organized and articulate with excellent verbal and written skills. The successful Sales Administrator; PA must be able to manage your own schedule and be an enthusiastic team player.

The Client

Our client is a reputable market leader within the debt recovery and financial services with operations nationwide, with over 10 years' experience and have a great credit rating with over 10,000 long standing clients. They operate an open honest policy and are a full member of the Credit Services Association.

The Package

£18k basic salary
20 days holiday plus statutory bank holidays.
