Bluefire Consulting are looking to recruit a Sales Support Coordinator for a fixed term contract to cover maternity leave for one of their clients; a large shipping and logistics firm based from their offices in Liverpool city centre.


Job Description

Bluefire Consulting are looking to recruit a Sales Support Coordinator for a fixed term contract to cover maternity leave for one of their clients; a large shipping and logistics firm based from their offices in Liverpool city centre.

Main duties will include:
*Liaise with existing and potential new customers and follow up on all sales leads
*New customer validation
*Maintain tenders
*Sales Contract handling, amendment, monitoring and statistics preparation
*Ensure sales executives are kept informed about any sales related developments
*Handle all telephone sales for all products
*Prompt reply to all rate requests
*Deal with any customer problems/queries

A successful candidate must be able to demonstrate a background in sales or sales administration in addition to excellent communication skills, the ability to work well under pressure and a strong attention to detail.
