Bluefire Consulting are recruiting for an experienced Secretary/Audio Administrator to work for a well established insurance company based in Liverpool City Centre.


Job Description

Bluefire Consulting are recruiting for an experienced Secretary/Audio Administrator to work for a well established insurance company based in Liverpool City Centre. Main duties will involve:
* Providing full administration support throughout the office
* Answering the phones and dealing with enquiries
* Audio typing of reports and correspondence
* Chasing outstanding documents from third parties and business clients as required

Previous secretarial and audio typing experience is essential for this role. A background within finance or insurance is preferable. The successful Secretary/Audio Administrator must be able to demonstrate good written and verbal communication skills and a good attention to detail.
