Job Title: Telesales/Customer Services Coordinator
Location: Liverpool, Merseyside
Salary: £15,000-£20,000
(Maternity cover fixed term contract)

The Role:
As the Telesales/Customer Services Coordinator you will provide full coordination and support for all incoming enquiries for clients relocating to Australia or New Zealand. Based in Liverpool, the main duties will include:

* Responding to warm leads and enquiries regarding relocation
* Booking appointments for field staff to discuss the move
* Inserting appointments and related information onto the database
* Carrying out follow up calls to sign up the bookings
* Dealing with inbound calls and providing full information to the customers
* Handling all administration for bookings

The Candidate:
Previous sales or customer service experience is essential for the role. The successful Customer Services Coordinator/Telesales person must be able to demonstrate excellent customer services. Knowledge of Australia and New Zealand would be considered a distinct advantage. Own transport would be beneficial due to location.
