The Role
Bluefire Consulting are recruiting for a Facilities Assistant; Facilities Administrator to organise logistics and equipment for meetings for a professional body based in Central London. Reporting to the Facilities Leader main duties of the role will include:
*Setting up meeting rooms for members, internal and external clients
*Arranging travel services for staff
*Sourcing effective and cost efficient transportation, accommodation, stationery and courier solutions
*Covering Reception
*Setting up IT and audio-visual equipment within the premises
*Basic IT troubleshooting
*Ad hoc administration duties as required

The Candidate
As a successful Facilities Assistant; Facilities Administrator candidate you must be able to demonstrate previous experience working within an office environment and a basic understanding of IT equipment. An excellent telephone manner and the ability to deal with a range of people face to face is essential for this role. You must have a good working knowledge of the MS office suite including Word, Excel and Outlook.
