Office Services Coordinator, London Victoria, £35k-£38k plus bonus plus excellent benefits, permanent contract, large investment company, great career prospects.
Our client is a leading global fund manager who, due to expansion, wish to recruit an experienced Office Services/Project Coordinator to join their dynamic London HQ support services team. The role will entail "soft" Facilities Management responsibilities combined with initially acting as a Project Co-ordinator for a number of new office move projects over the next 18 months as the company expands into Europe.
Candidates will need to have a proven track record in office management and support services within a professional environment, and will be adept at coordinating multiple office move projects and supporting IT/logistical issues. Additionally, you will have experience of developing/maintaining 3rd party supplier relationships, budget responsibility and all aspects of soft FM support functions.
You will need to be able to combine taking a collaborative approach with working on your own initiative as the company culture is "process light", and you will relish taking personal responsibility for projects to provide ergonomic solutions to space planning.
On a personal level you will need to be well presented with excellent interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills, and you will be comfortable dealing with senior director level management. Applicants will also need to demonstrate strong academic achievement, ideally educated to degree level or equivalent.
Salary package is £35k-£38k pa plus up to 25% individual bonus, up to 6% profit share, non-contributory pension (15%), private medical/dental cover, gym and travel allowance.
