Job Title: Education Regional Manager
Location: North London (covering London, Home Counties, Reading and Oxford)
Salary: £38-£40k plus bonus and benefits

The Role:
As the Education Centre Manager you will be responsible for the growth and development of regional educational centres within the designated region. Based in North London, you will take ownership of the overall operational and people management of a regional team that cover London, The Home Counties, Reading and Oxford. The main duties will include:

* Positively lead, manage, support and inspire all direct reports within the regional team to ensure growth of centres within the region
* Monitor direct reports performance and conduct to ensure company brand is upheld and quality standards are maintained
* Working with Area Managers and Franchisees in creating a strategy for developing their areas to exceed targets
* Taking appropriate action to maintain and protect the company brand and challenging inappropriate behaviour
* Providing accurate and up-to-date records including statistical information as required
* Producing, monitoring and reviewing centre performance results and make proposals that will enhance or improve performance
* Positively promote company policies and good practice throughout the designated region

The Candidate:
Previous experience of managing and developing individuals, P&L responsibility and experience of strategic planning is essential. Whilst a background of working within an education environment is not necessary, a genuine interest in working with children is necessary. The successful Regional Manager must have excellent communication skills, a high level of proficiency in Maths and English and strong business sense. The ability to demonstrate competency in managing conflict, working to targets and the ability to motivate a team is required. A full, clean UK driving licence and flexibility to travel is a pre-requisite for this position.
