SALARY: £25-£30k basic salary

We are looking for a positive, service driven Sales Support Administrator to act as a supporting function to the sales division of the business.

Based in the historic hamlet of Loudwatet in the parish of Chepping Wycombe. It is located in the valley to the east of the main town with close links to the A40 London Road.

WHAT IS THE JOB DOING?
The role of Sales Support Administrator you will be responsible for providing support to key accounts as directed by the sales team. Acting as a key point of contact for an external sales team you will be responsible for:
*Providing clients with unrivalled service at all times
*Liaising with distributors and vendors to obtain accurate quotes
*Supporting the external sales team with client liaison
*Preparation of tenders and contractual agreements
*Updating the CRM and maintaining internal records
*Invoicing and general administration duties
*Ensuring there is synergy throughout the process to providing a service to the companies clients
