The Role:
As the Customer Account Handler you will join a small well-established sales team and be responsible for providing internal sales, customer service and pricing for an office solutions company based in Luton.
Main duties will include:
*Dealing with incoming enquiries over the phone and face-to-face in regards to company products
*Ensuring all customer enquiries are dealt with professionally and efficiently
*Providing quotes and pricing for clients and chasing these up accordingly
*Building relationships across a wide industry sector including education, healthcare, transport, manufacturing, leisure etc.
*Maintaining and updating company database with customer details and orders
*Estimating and negotiating on pricing to new and existing customers
*Showing clients round the site in order to demonstrate product range

The Candidate:
A previous sales and customer service background is essential. The successful Customer Account Handler must be able to demonstrate a professional telephone manner, strong interpersonal and communication skills. Computer literacy, including the use of Word, Excel and databases will be needed.
