Job Title: HR Administrator; HR Advisor
Location: Lymington, Hampshire
Salary: £25-£27k

The Role:
As the HR Administrator/HR Advisor you will be carrying out a stand-alone HR support role based in Lymington, but working closely with the accounts department with payroll information. A generalist HR Advisory role, focusing on providing an end to end HR support to managers. The main duties will include:

* Being first point of contract with any or all HR queries or issues
* Assisting with recruiting by contacting employment agencies and liaising with Line Managers to arrange interviews
* Providing support to managers in addressing and resolving poor attendance issues. Advising where appropriate including attending meetings, taking notes and relevant administration tasks to complete procedure
* Administration of all HR paperwork such as offer letters, employment contracts, pension information, leaver's documents and advising relevant departments of new starters and leavers and maintaining HR database
* Sending out appropriate reminders for end of probation periods, performance reviews and liaise with accounts department with payroll changes
* Liaising with Outsources HR Legal Advisors for advice regarding escalation of personnel matters


The Candidate:
Previous generalist HR Administrator/HR Advisor experience with strong IT literacy. CIPD qualification, or equivalent, is preferable. The successful HR Administrator/HR Advisor must be able to demonstrate experience of providing HR support to managers on a range of HR issues. Good communication and organisational skills and the ability to work within a stand-alone HR role is required.
