Job Description

Bluefire Consulting are recruiting for a Bid Administrator/Sales Administrator for our business services client based in Manchester. Main duties will include:

· Creating Excel spreadsheets
· Manipulation of data
· Producing bid documents
· Producing quotations
· Producing sales reports (pipelines, forecasts, achieved sales)
· Following up quotations issued by sales team
· Acting as a liaison point between the sales team and administration teams
· Attending sales meetings and being responsible for producing minutes
· Assisting the Marketing Manager in analysing competitor activity
· Proving support to other administration staff and assisting them during busy periods
· Answering calls and assisting with queries
· Intranet development

The successful Bid Administrator/Sales administrator must have excellent Excel skills and be confident creating spreadsheets, writing formulas and manipulating data. This is a busy role in a fast paced environment so all candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability work to deadlines and be able to multitask. Experience of working in a sales environment would be a distinct advantage.
