Bluefire Consulting are recruiting for an experienced Bid Manager to oversee all bid processes within the engineering and industrial sector, based in Manchester.


Job Description

Bluefire Consulting are recruiting for an experienced Bid Manager to oversee all bid processes within the engineering and industrial sector, based in Manchester. Main duties will include:
* Creation of all bid documentation from initial contact to completion
* Planning, writing, reviewing and publishing all bid and tender information
* Collection and assimilation of data from business sources
* Creation of presentations to support all staged on the bid and tender process
* Attending tender and contract review meetings
* Working on behalf of third party clients in their bid processes

Previous experience as a Bid Manager is essential, preferably within the professional services, engineering, industrial or technical arena. The successful Bid Manager must be able to demonstrate a high level of written and verbal communication skills and have experience of communicating up to Board level. Intermediate/Advanced Word and Powerpoint knowledge is required for this position.
