The Role

Bluefire Consulting are looking to recruit an experienced Business Development Executive with a strong telecoms background to develop new business relationships within a growing telecoms company to join their rapidly expanding team located in Central Manchester. Reporting directly into the Managing Director, the main duties of the role include:
* Identifying and prospecting new business expanding client base in the North West area
*Following up on leads generated by the internal sales team
*Managing own diary and generating own appointments
*Liaising closely with Internal Sales Manager over potential business leads
*Monitoring sales performance and reporting monthly activity
*Ensuring CRM database is managed and updated correctly
*Keeping up to date with product knowledge and competitors
*Reporting into the Manchester office on a weekly basis, updating management team of weekly activity
*Maximising sales opportunities whenever possible

The Candidate

The ideal Business Development Executive must have a proven business to business field sales background within the telecoms sector. You must be a confident communicator, self-motivated and highly organised. The successful Business Development Executive will be comfortable in all areas of the sales process and be able to demonstrate strong negotiation skills in the interview process. Our client is looking for someone with the ability to exceed sales targets and able to provide direction on the development of the business.
