Job Title: Regional Hospitality Manager
Location: Manchester Based - Covering North including Leeds, Manchester & Liverpool
Salary: £30-35k, plus 10% bonus and 10% car allowance


The Role:
As the Regional Hospitality Manager you will lead the effective delivery & management of leading Hospitality & Customer Services to ensure that all performance targets and improvement plans for the Region are achieve. Working for a leading company within the facilities management and student accommodation sector you will manage a team of Hospitality Managers to ensure lettings targets and maintenance issues are managed. Based from Manchester offices this will be covering the Manchester, Leeds and Liverpool regions. The main duties will include:

* Developing and achieving performance targets and improvement plans for service area with a focus on continuous improvement & financial control
* Monitor and regularly report on the performance of the Region and recommend appropriate action as required
* Ensuring customer feedback is actively sought by a variety of methods and that feedback is responded to accordingly
* Ensuring all aspects of Hospitality & Customer Service functions are delivered to high standards
* Providing motivational leadership and support to team members ensuring clarity of direction, effective communication and development of individual potential through performances appraisals & training
* Positively promote company policies and ensure all activities on site meet and comply with Health & Safety, legal and statutory needs and general duty of care

The Candidate
Previous experience in leading delivery of hospitality and customer service management background is essential. The successful Regional Hospitality Manager must be able to demonstrate evidence of developing and managing performance, budgetary responsibility and the ability to achieve targets and objectives. A full, UK driving licence is required as this role is regionally based.
