Bluefire Consulting are recruiting for a Temporary Credit Controller/Collections Agent to join a well established rental company based in Haydock, Merseyside.


Job Description

Bluefire Consulting are recruiting for a Temporary Credit Controller/Collections Agent to join a well established rental company based in Haydock, Merseyside.

Main duties will include:
*Contacting business customers who have missed payments
*Chasing debt by telephone
*Processing and generating letters in line with company guidelines
*Negotiating payments
*Advising customers of payment terms
*Explaining to customers
*Taking payments over the phone

The successful Temporary Credit Controller will be available immediately and have proven credit control or collections experience. Applicants who have experience within a lease hire environment would be of particular interest.

Access to a vehicle is essential for this role due to location.
