The list of services include; landline telephony, mobile and data services and enable their clients to manage their telecommunications via one platform.

This is not working in a call centre style environment and will suit a creative team player with some entrepreneurial flair.

This opening has come about due to the previous post holder moving into a field based role and therefore leaving a requirement for an office based Customer Service Manager.



What will you be doing?

Working in a close knit team out of their Newcastle-upon Tyne office you will be responsible for managing a small team within customer services and taking accountability of customer services within the business. Key duties of the role include:

*Implementing improvements to the customer service process, identify areas for performance efficiency improvements and providing training and support to the team
*Dealing with escalated complaints and taking full accountability of these issues
*Recruitment, training and development of the team including performance management and measuring individuals against KPIs
*Processing Line and broadband orders on the Openreach Reseller Portal
*Reporting customer faults and liaising with field based engineers
*Investigating billing queries and technical queries as required

As a core member of the team, you will be expected to work autonomously and act as an ambassador for the company. This is a really exciting opportunity which combines customer services and a passion for telecoms, whilst this is an office based role there may be some travel required to customer sites and other operational sites.

The ideal Customer Service Manager must be able to demonstrate a strong understanding of telecoms and be able to lead a team by example. You must have a strong emphasis in customer services and be able to demonstrate clear understanding of provisioning, incident and billing queries.
